How do I create a code snippet?
Sign up for an account, click "Create Snippet" in the navigation, paste your code, add a title and description, then save. You can choose to make it public or keep it private.
Can I edit my snippets after posting?
Yes! Navigate to your dashboard, find the snippet you want to edit, and click the edit button. You can modify the title, description, code, and tags.
Are private snippets really private?
Private snippets are only visible to you when logged in. However, anyone with the direct link can access them. Don't share sensitive information like passwords or API keys in any snippets.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from Settings > Danger Zone. All your data will be permanently removed.
What programming languages are supported?
SnipUp supports syntax highlighting for 50+ programming languages including JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Go, Rust, and many more. The code editor is powered by Monaco Editor (the same editor that powers VS Code).
Is SnipUp free to use?
Yes! SnipUp is completely free to use. You can create unlimited snippets and share them with the community.
